my first thanksgiving in brooklyn…
i made: roast turkey with apple cider, vinegar, sage and butter (lots of butter), crab dip with triscuits, raw kale salad with garlicky lemon vinaigrette, sherry vinegar-cranberry sauce, classic stuffing, home-made parker house rolls and bourbon-ginger pumpkin pie.
my friend charlie made: brussels sprouts with a miso-mustard dressing, garlic mashed potatoes and we collaborated on the gravy.
was too hungry to take nice photos by the end. here’s what i’ve got:
