I made a roast chicken a few days ago and had some leftovers so I decided to make a pot pie! Lots of fennel and carrots and leeks and turnips and potatoes and peas and broccoli and thyme and bay and horseradish. Lucas and Kali made little designs for the pastry - a christmas tree, a cat, a carrot and a dreidel. Happy Hanukkah!
